A dramatic scene unfolded on the roadside when fallen electrical wires obstructed a lorry’s path, causing it to become entangled and leading to a traffic jam.
A quick-thinking traffic police officer sprang into action, scaling the lorry like “Spider-Man” to remove the wires, earning widespread praise from netizens for his agility and bravery.
Police officers take swift action
A viral video circulating on social media captured the moment a white lorry was caught in the dangling electrical wires, blocking its movement. Behind it, a yellow lorry and another white lorry were also stopped due to the obstruction.
One of the traffic police officers first climbed onto the yellow lorry’s roof before making a daring leap onto the neighboring white lorry.
From there, he lifted the tangled electrical wires high into the air, ensuring they no longer obstructed the vehicles.
Meanwhile, another officer at the front of the scene worked to pull the wires away from the affected lorry’s body, eventually allowing it to resume its journey.
Officer remains on roof to prevent further accidents
Rather than climbing down after resolving the issue, the officer remained standing on the lorry roof, holding the wires up to prevent them from ensnaring other passing vehicles.
He only descended when repair personnel arrived at the scene in a utility truck.
Demonstrating remarkable agility, the officer jumped from the lorry’s roof onto the utility truck before finally landing safely on the ground.
