In the video, the tour guide is seen assisting a couple, believed to be from Italy, as they shop for jewelry made from genuine pearls in Sabah.

As the couple carefully scoured through the jewelry displayed on the counter, the tour guide acted as a translator between the shopkeeper and the couple, where he effortlessly translated Malay to Italian.

Aside from his impressive translation skills, the clip also showed the tourists actively engaged in a conversation with the tour guide in Italian, indicating that they understood every word he was saying.
