It seems many Malaysians have had enough of workplace politics and unfair treatment at the office.

A Threads post recently went viral after the OP questioned why some companies keep employees who do nothing but show up every day, while the hardworking and skilled ones end up facing unnecessary trouble until they eventually resign.
