Angered by a debt which wasnโt repaid in a timely fashion, a man in Kuching, Sarawak, went on the warpath and knocked the debtor down with a car.
Even the debtorโs young son wasnโt spared from the manโs rage, where he was reportedly beaten by the former.

According to a report by Oriental Daily News, the incident took place at around 11am on Monday (Mar 24) in a residential area along Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce.
Upon reaching the victimโs house in white Perodua Myvi to recoup the RM25 debt, the suspect accosted the victimโs 10-year-old son and began having a verbal argument with him.

As the tension escalated, it soon descended into violence, where the suspect physically assaulted the young boy.
The commotion soon reached the ears of the victim, who had just returned home. When he saw his son getting assaulted, he quickly rushed to his aid.
The suspect then jumped into the Myvi and ran it over the victim, causing him to fall to the ground. The car later crashed into the fence of a house located nearby.
After that, the suspect fled the scene and left the Myvi behind.

Victim injured, police investigating
The victim was later sent to the Sarawak General Hospitalโs emergency department to be treated for a fractured left leg following the attack.
Not long after police were alerted of the incident, they made their way to the hospital to gather more information.
The case is currently under investigation as police work to uncover what actually happened.
