Determined to address the situation, the netizen quickly contacted Rapid KL through their official WhatsApp channel.
To their surprise, Rapid KL responded within minutes, asking for the train ID and promising swift action.
True to their word, Rapid KL’s staff arrived at the scene promptly, ensuring the men were escorted out of the women-only coach.
Speaking to WeirdKaya, she said, “Actually, I didn’t know about this. I just saw the situation that day and decided to contact customer service to see if they could help. It was more of an attempt to see what would happen.”
“To my surprise, the men were asked to leave at the next station. Rapid KL’s efficiency really impressed me.”
The company also assured the complainant that stricter monitoring and enforcement would be in place to prevent similar incidents in the future.
