Wearing a nurse’s uniform might earn you respect in the hospital, but on the road, it won’t save you from public backlash if you act like you own it.
A Malaysian woman, believed to be a nurse, recently sparked outrage online after a dashcam video showed her blocking traffic in front of a school and responding with an obscene hand gesture when confronted.
The incident, which happened around 2.30pm on July 30, quickly went viral after it was shared on the Dashcam Malaysia Facebook page.
Could’ve parked properly, but chose not to

In the footage, the woman was seen stopping her car directly in front of the school gate, causing a jam during what appeared to be school dismissal hours.
What frustrated viewers even more was the fact that there was a clear parking space available nearby.

Instead of using it, she chose to stop in the middle of the road, forcing others to either wait or carefully maneuver around her.
Things escalated further when the dashcam driver honked to express their frustration. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience, the woman casually gestured for them to go around, then flashed her middle finger and drove off without a word.

Netizens slam the behaviour
As expected, her actions didn’t sit well with netizens. The combination of inconsiderate parking and disrespectful behaviour drew swift criticism across social media platforms.
“There’s parking space inside, just go in. Don’t block the main road. Why double park? Now there’s a massive jam behind,” one commenter wrote.
“Don’t get too angry. Control your emotions. You’re a nurse, show some manners,” another user added, referencing her uniform and the values expected of her profession.
Many were especially disappointed that someone in a caregiving profession, known for compassion and patience, would behave so rudely and selfishly on the road.
Some even questioned whether wearing a uniform should come with greater responsibility in public spaces.
While her identity has not been officially confirmed, the video continues to circulate widely, with netizens using it as a reminder that basic courtesy should apply to everyone, regardless of what they do for a living.
