In the realm of picky preferences, it’s a known fact that attention to detail can be quite a thing, and Malaysians are no strangers to this truth, as a recent dining escapade humorously unveils.
A Malaysian food vendor recently shared a glimpse into her world by revealing a meticulous and detailed food order from a customer, highlighting the thorough requests made for each item.
Spilling the tea on her Facebook account, Fin shared a picture of the receipt, showcasing the meticulous preferences penned down by a particular customer for every ordered item— except, of course, for the white rice.
Excluding the white rice, the customer meticulously provided detailed side notes for the omelette, crispy chicken rice, pak choy roasted chicken rice, and fried chicken in her order.
Adding a sweet touch, this customer even included a special apology note for being a bit ‘fussy’ about adding long side notes to every item they ordered.
Embracing the ‘customer is always right’ vibe, the owner played along, making sure each oddball request was met with a smile.
“You guys, my customer is so cute… the person even nags us at Panda… Obviously, she’s a woman,” the friendly food vendor playfully guesses that the order might come from a female customer.
Acknowledging all the special requests, the food vendor made it clear that she diligently followed each instruction.
“Please order again later, okay!” she warmly invited the customer to continue supporting her restaurant.
Netizens agreed
Netizens couldn’t help but nod in agreement with the food vendor, unanimously acknowledging that the customer, indeed, might be a woman.
Because, let’s face it, who else can add that much flair to a simple dinner order?
Another netizen commented that the notes on the receipts literally look like a short story.
“It’s like reading a short story for each order, hahaha.”
Acknowledging their own pickiness in ordering, some netizens revealed that they also engage in such habits.
“Hahahaha… behaves just like us! But for when it comes to chickensmeals, I’ll always mention in advance because the chicken is specifically for my child. If he gets a part he doesn’t like, it will always end me eating it.”
Among other Facebook users who found it amusing and even shared their own experiences of encountering similar situations while ordering, one netizen highlighted and praised the food vendor for graciously accepting and preparing such a unique order.
