‘I’m Untouchable!’ — M’sian Man Pulls Out Gun At Puchong Food Court After Being Told Not To Smoke

Two men and a woman have been arrested to aid investigations.
A clip showing a middle-aged man allegedly brandishing what seemed to be a gun during an argument has gone viral on social media.

It was originally posted by Edisi Siasat on Telegram but later found its way to X (formerly Twitter), where it was shared by @update11111.

In the 9-second clip, it showed the man clad in a white t-shirt having a verbal argument with another man wearing a black t-shirt at a food court in Puchong.

At one point of the footage, the man is seen pulling his shirt up slightly to reveal what looked like a gun tucked in his waistband, presumably to show who was the “boss”.

In another clip lasting 20 seconds, a woman dressed in a red t-shirt and white shorts is seen trying to break up the fight between the two men and eventually managed to drag the man in the white-t-shirt away.

According to Edisi Siasat, the man became upset when he was confronted for smoking at the food court. He also allegedly pulled out the gun and pointed it at the manager’s stomach while claiming he was “untouchable”.

However, that part of the argument wasn’t captured on CCTV.

Several arrests made, gun seized by police

NST later reported that police were alerted of the incident after a police report was lodged yesterday (Oct 17).

Serdang district police chief Assistant Commissioner A.A. Anbalagan said that two men and a woman who is a permanent resident have since been arrested to aid investigations.

He also revealed that one of them had a prior criminal record for drugs.

Aside from the arrests, police also seized an object resembling a pistol, along with a magazine containing white balls.

An investigation paper has since been opened under Section 36 of the Firearms Act and Section 506 of the Penal Code.

The public is urged not to speculate on the case but instead call the Serdang police at 03-8074 2222 or go to the nearest police station if they have further information.
