Recently, a group of Malaysians turned an everyday lorry ride into a hilarious spectacle when, caught in a downpour, they improvised a ‘human wiper’ to get home safely.
During the rainy journey, the lorry’s wipers had stopped working, leaving the driver struggling to see the road ahead.
Thinking on his feet – or rather, on the lorry’s roof – one passenger climbed on top and started wiping the windscreen by hand.
The scene was as funny as it was risky, with his daring act going viral on TikTok after being shared by @arf_imey.
Speaking to WeirdKaya, the OP explained that it was completely unplanned and happened as soon as the rain began pouring.
The friend, who had been sitting on top of the lorry to guard the precious cargo of palm fruit, stepped in to help keep the view clear.
“We were on our way home from the plantation when the heavy rain started. My friend, who was on top of the lorry guarding the palm fruits, suddenly couldn’t see anything, so I told him to wipe the windscreen,” the OP shared.
The clip has since racked up over a million views, with comments flooding in from netizens who couldn’t decide whether to laugh or be concerned.
