We can all agree that a marathon is not for the faint-hearted as we’d probably know from our ‘merentas desa’ days back in school.
While most would keep their eyes on snagging a medal or simply completing the marathon, there are some who resort to a little fun in order to take their minds off their physical exhaustion.
M’sian man jokingly taps TnG card while passing through toll booth
In a short but hilarious Tiktok video shared by @nabilersyad, it showed him running alongside several other participants at the Standard Chartered marathon which took place from Sept 30 to Oct 1.
During the marathon, the OP passes through a toll booth, where the boom gate had already been lifted in order to accommodate the event.
Just below the counter’s window was a machine specially made for drivers to pay the toll fee using their TnG card.
Out of fun, the OP taps his TnG card on the machine as he ran past it just to ensure that he was a ‘law-abiding’ person before resuming his run.

The clip has since garnered more than 170,000 views at the time of writing as well as comments from netizens who were tickled by the OP scanning his TnG card when there wasn’t a need to.
