A man in Gombak, Selangor, had his foot injured by a nail during a testing session that went awry.
According to a Facebook post by the KL Civil Defence Force (APM), the accident took place at 9.21pm yesterday (Mar 4) at the man’s home.
Shot nail right into foot
After receiving an emergency call regarding the incident, the rescuers rushed to the man’s house and saw that a nail was lodged right into his foot.
They then quickly sprung into action and helped stem the bleeding and wrap his injured foot before sending him to Hospital Kuala Lumpur for treatment.
According to the post’s caption, the man had bought a nail gun online and was testing it out prior to the accident.
In the midst of doing so, a nail was fired at a table and it penetrated through the table before piercing the man’s foot, which was underneath the table at the time.
