Ordering food online is a quick solution to satisfy hunger, but sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.
A Malaysian man’s recent experience highlights the frustrations of receiving food that seems to have been tampered with, leaving him not only hungry but disappointed.

In a recent post on Threads, a Malaysian man, @aroy_shem, shared his frustrating experience after ordering ayam gepuk from a popular local restaurant.
He was working and, feeling hungry, decided to place an online order for the well-loved dish.
However, when the food arrived, he was in for a shock—the chicken appeared to have been touched or possibly even eaten by someone else.
He described the chicken as cold and looking like it had already been consumed, which raised serious questions about the food’s condition when it left the restaurant or during the delivery process.

Despite his disappointment, the man was careful not to jump to conclusions.
He clarified that he didn’t want to accuse the restaurant staff or the food delivery rider without solid evidence.
However, the situation was still frustrating, especially if someone had intentionally messed with his food.
If it was done to mess with me, just wait your turn,” he wrote. “But if the issue came from the vendor, they should double-check their orders.”
Rather than letting his anger fester, the man took matters into his own hands. He decided to throw away the compromised food and immediately ordered ayam gepuk from another restaurant, hoping for a better experience.
