No one likes it when they find foreign objects inside their food or drink, let alone a reptile, as it’s not exactly a pleasant sight.
A man had a shock of his life after he found a lizard inside the drink he had bought to go with his bowl of spicy instant noodles.

Taking to TikTok to share the unsettling encounter, the OP named Shahrul said in the clip that he was tucking into a meal of spicy instant noodles and decided to cool down with a cold drink.
To his horror, it took him a few sips to realise that there was actually a full-grown lizard with its black, beady eyes staring at him inside the drink.
What the heck is the lizard doing inside the drink? I’ve already drank it, just to see it floating inside. I don’t know if I’ll become Cicakman tomorrow.
“The eyes watching the drink is heavy, but the mouth that tasted it is even heavier,” he lamented in the caption.
Lost his appetite
Speaking to WeirdKaya, Shahrul said this was his first time having a lizard inside his drink, adding that he even asked himself whether this was how having reptiles inside beverages tasted like.
He also remarked that he wasn’t sure whether the lizard was alive or dead when he took several sips of the drink.
Upon seeing the lizard, all I could do was look at the drink and continue eating my instant noodles, although I had difficulty doing so.
“I eventually threw the drink out and I couldn’t sleep at all that night,” he said.
‘New topping?’
The clip has since garnered over 200,000 views at the time of writing and netizens were equally repulsed by Shahrul’s discovery.
Others tried to lighten the mood by joking that the lizard was just another new flavour/topping for the drink.
