On special occasions like Father’s Day, children would usually take their father out for a meal at a fancy restaurant or make handwritten notes for them.
For this group of siblings, they decided to take things up a notch by purchasing a brand new car for their father to celebrate two special occasions.
M’sian kids surprise dad with new Proton X70
In a heartwarming clip posted by @zerul23 on TikTok, it showed him filming the entire process of his dad being surprised with the new car.
At the start of the clip, the OP’s dad is seen rummaging through a box until he gets a hold of the car key and is then led out to the porch while his eyes was being covered by one of the OP’s siblings.
Once he made his way to the porch, the OP’s dad gets guided to the driver’s seat of the car.
Upon opening his eyes and realising that he was sitting inside a brand new Proton X70, he immediately bursts into tears as his children clap and scatter confetti to celebrate.
Towards the end of the clip, the OP’s dad still had a hard time believing that he had indeed been gifted a new car and could only hold his face in his hands while looking at the car in disbelief.
In the caption, the OP wrote that the car was a gift from him and his 10 siblings for their dad in conjunction with Father’s Day and his 38th wedding anniversary.

The clip has since garnered over 7 million views at the time of writing and netizens were touched by the generous gift by the OP and his siblings.
