After New Year’s Eve celebrations, trains were running till 3am for selected stations to accommodate late-night revelers.
At around 1:51am, while the train was departing from Masjid Jamek station, some men accidentally entered the women’s coach amidst the crowd.
She was amazed when Rapid KL officers arrived within five minutes.
They actively ensured the men were guided to the normal coach, maintaining the designated space for women.
I didn’t expect them to be this efficient at such an odd hour!” she remarked, expressing her gratitude for their proactive measures.
Women-only coaches were recently introduced on the LRT Ampang and Sri Petaling lines starting December 31, ensuring safer travel for female passengers.
