You don’t see this every day—an elderly woman cruising on an ATV after prayers? Now that’s a sight to remember.
Recently, a video of a Malaysian elderly woman riding an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) went viral on social media, leaving netizens both amused and impressed—especially since she was steering with one hand and casually enjoying an ice cream with the other.

The clip, uploaded by TikTok user @mustaqim-abdullah, shows the elderly woman making her way home from a surau in Perlis after attending Qiyam Ramadan prayers.
But instead of walking or hopping onto a motorcycle like most people her age, she confidently rode off on an ATV instead—like an absolute boss.
What makes the video even better?
She was still dressed in her telekung (prayer attire) while casually manoeuvring the ATV with one hand—because the other was busy holding an ice cream.
As if that wasn’t cool enough, her black ATV didn’t even have proper headlights. But did that stop her? Nope!
She simply strapped a camping headlamp to her head to light the way.
Netizens were amused
The video has since sparked a wave of reactions online, with many netizens loving her carefree and adventurous spirit.
“Retired baddie”

“I aspire to be like this nenek when I get old. Respect to makcik”

“Power! This nenek is living her life to the fullest.”
