A firefighter saw his life flash before his eyes when a burger stall came crashing down on him from the back of a lorry in Taiping, Perak.
Thankfully, he only sustained minor injuries and was lucky to have survived the harrowing incident.
Burger stall topples on top of fireman
In a dashcam footage shared on Facebook, it showed a lorry making a turn into a one-way street along Jalan Medan Saujana 3 at around 3.30pm on Jan 20.
In the midst of doing so, the burger stall which the lorry was transporting suddenly fell from the back and landed right on top of the fireman, who was on his motorcycle.

A red Proton Saga beside the fireman had its door on the driver’s side bearing some of the impact of the falling burger stall as well.
Following the accident, the fireman is seen cradling his head in pain while lying on the road.

Summons issued to lorry driver
In a statement by Taiping district police chief Assistant Commissioner Abdul Malek Ismail, he said the lorry was transporting a burger stall from Taiping towards Kamunting and had entered a one-way road.
There, the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle and this led to the burger stall crashing onto the fireman, reported The Vibes.
The fireman suffered minor injuries to his forehead and neck, as well as cuts to his hands and legs, while the lorry driver was unhurt.
Abdul added a summons was issued to the lorry driver while the fireman is being treated at Taiping Hospital.
