A Malaysian business owner in Kelantan is setting the bar high when it comes to rewarding hardworking employees.
She recently held a gathering to appreciate her staff, and those with the best attendance records walked away with generous cash bonuses.
RM2,100 for the top performer
According to a TikTok video posted by automotive parts store, the woman boss went all out to recognise employees who showed up to work the most consistently and on time.
Three of her top-performing staff received cash rewards, with the highest payout reaching a whopping RM2,100. The second-place winner took home RM1,900, while the third-place employee received RM1,650.
And it didn’t stop there—other employees who showed up on time for work that day also received RM100 each.
“Boss, still hiring ah?”
The video quickly went viral on social media, with netizens praising the employer’s generosity.
Some admired how well she spoke the local Kelantan Malay dialect, while others joked, “Boss, still got vacancy ah?”
