A driver has sparked online outrage after a video surfaced showing their vehicle allegedly tailgating to avoid paying a toll fee at the New Klang Valley Expressway.
The car was also spotted with an OKU sticker on its windscreen, leading to further criticism from netizens.
The video, uploaded on Facebook at 1:42pm on August 15, shows the car closely tailgating another vehicle through the toll plaza.

The vehicles passed through the toll gate in quick succession, with the barrier lowering just a few seconds after they cleared the toll booth.

What caught netizens’ attention was that the car didn’t stop at the toll plaza but instead accelerated to avoid any collision with the vehicle in front, causing the driver to momentarily lose control of the car.
Many netizens were quick to condemn the driver’s actions, with some pointing out that the car had an OKU sticker, questioning whether the driver was genuinely disabled.

Comments included, “This isn’t disability, it’s just plain wrong!” and “Trying to save on toll fees like this is no different from petty crime.”
Some users even mocked the driver, saying, “You want to save on toll fees but forgot that every toll plaza has cameras,” and “This is just reckless driving.”
