It all started when a group of young men hopped into an e-hailing car on their way to a destination.
At first, it was just a regular ride, with casual chit-chat and a relaxed vibe.
But things quickly got interesting when one of them casually mentioned that some of them could speak Mandarin.
The driver, clearly intrigued, decided to test their skills.
To his surprise, they were not only able to hold a conversation but were fluent enough to impress him.
The driver couldn’t stop praising them, clearly thrilled by the unexpected interaction.
While most of the group joined in the lively conversation, one friend stayed quiet, simply enjoying the moment as a spectator.
But here’s the kicker: just as the ride was about to end, the driver hit them with a request no one expected.
“Okay, everyone, give me a number between 1 and 10,” he said.
The group, slightly confused but rolling with it, started throwing out random numbers.
Turns out, the driver wanted to create his “lucky number” for a lottery ticket.
Whether those numbers hit the jackpot remains a mystery, but it’s safe to say the ride was one for the books.
