Malaysia has earned the 6th spot on Insider Monkey’s list of countries with the most beautiful women in Asia.
This prestigious ranking places Malaysia above many other Asian countries, emphasizing the unique allure of Malaysian women on a global stage.
According to Insider Monkey, the list takes into account various factors, including cultural diversity, fashion influence, and success in international beauty pageants.
Malaysia ranked 6th
Malaysia’s high ranking is attributed to its diverse population, rich cultural heritage, and significant presence in global beauty contests.
Malaysia’s multi-ethnic population, comprising Malays, Chinese, Indians, and other indigenous groups, has uniquely blended facial features and beauty standards.
This diversity not only enhances the cultural fabric of Malaysia but also establishes a standard of beauty that is admired worldwide.
“The cosmetics business in Malaysia is expected to produce US$451.30 million in revenue in 2024. Furthermore, it is anticipated that Malaysia’s Beauty & Personal Care sector will produce US$3.24 billion in revenue in the same year,” it wrote.
In recent years, Malaysian women have made significant strides in international beauty pageants, further cementing the country’s reputation for having some of the most beautiful women in Asia.

Singapore ranked at 9th
Additionally, Singapore has been ranked 9th on the same list.
Singaporean women possess a captivating blend of features that make them stand out. Like in many countries, cosmetic surgeries such as rhinoplasty, lip fillers, and eyelid surgery are common in Singapore.
The Beauty & Personal Care market in Singapore is expected to generate US$1,244.00 million in revenue in 2024, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 0.99% from 2024 to 2028.
The cosmetics business in Singapore is anticipated to bring in US$196.50 million in revenue in 2024, with a projected income of US$32.46 per person.
