A 17-year-old girl who was reported missing by her family two days ago was found lifeless inside a parked car in Sandakan, Sabah, with her boyfriend in tow.
The discovery was made by the father of one the victims in the Bandar Sejati Walk area in Batu 7 at about 8.26am yesterday (Jan 11), reported The Vibes.
Went missing since Friday
Sandakan deputy district police chief Superintendent K Ramasamy said police and the Sabah Contingent Headquarters (IPK) Forensic Unit were deployed to the scene upon receiving a report of the incident.
“The victims were found in the back passenger seat and all the car windows were closed tightly and locked.

“None of the victims’ valuables were reported missing as well,” he said.
Ramasamy added initial investigations found that the duo, who were a couple, became uncontactable since last Friday (Jan 9) before getting found at the location.
No signs of foul play
Examinations carried out on the victims’ bodies found no injuries or signs of foul play.
The bodies were handed over to the Forensic Department of the Duchess of Kent Hospital, Sandakan for post-mortems to identify the exact cause of death.

The public has been urged not to make any speculations that could interfere with ongoing investigations.
