A bus driver was praised online for his heartwarming gesture of helping a visually impaired couple during a rest stop on their journey from Kota Bharu, Kelantan, to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) in Kuala Lumpur.
In a Facebook post by a netizen, shared on Thursday, the driver was commended for guiding the elderly couple to the restroom with care.
The post highlighted how thoughtful the driver was, holding the man’s hand and leading him to the facilities.

He mentioned that the driver’s kindness stood out, especially considering how passengers often encounter grumpy and impatient drivers who make it stressful for them when boarding or taking breaks.
“The drivers are usually stern and unfriendly, especially when you’re slow getting on the bus after a rest stop. But this time, we were lucky to have this kind-hearted driver. Bus Driver of the Year, hands down,” the post wrote.
