The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has announced that several of its online services will be temporarily unavailable from February 28 to March 2, 2025.

This scheduled downtime is in preparation for the upcoming dividend announcement.
List of affected services from February 28, 1 pm to March 1 2025
The following services will be unavailable during this period:
- Advertisements -
- KWSP i-Akaun App & Web Portal
- Self-Service Terminals (SST)
- i-Invest
- i-Lindung
- i-Saraan/i-Suri Online Registration

Additional disruptions until March 2
From February 28, 1 pm to March 2, the following services will also be affected:
- i-Akaun (Member) Classic Version
- i-Akaun (Employer)
- i-Akaun (Business Partner)
- ePayroll

EPF has assured that services will resume as scheduled and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
Dividend rate to be announced on March 1
According to reports, EPF is set to hold a briefing on March 1 to announce the 2024 dividend rate.
Sources suggest that the rate may reach 6.00%, marking the highest in three years.
Members are encouraged to complete any necessary online transactions before the downtime and await the official dividend announcement.
