An elderly man took a fall on an MRT escalator, but thankfully, he had a kind stranger (and his ever-prepared younger brother) looking out for him.
A TikTok video by @jijaachan captured the moment her younger brother rushed to assist the uncle, who had apparently lost balance and fallen backward.
While the injuries weren’t severe—just some bleeding from his fingers and nails—it was enough to warrant some quick first aid.

The younger brother, who always carries tissues and essentials, immediately stepped in to clean the wound, while the OP had oil on standby.
The heartwarming video has since gained attention online, with many praising the brother’s kindness and preparedness.
