A delivery rider who suffered an engine breakdown on the LEKAS Highway received timely assistance from four police motorcyclists, who pushed the stalled bike and escorted the rider safely to a nearby workshop.
The incident took place along the LEKAS Highway, from Kajang Perdana heading towards Semenyih, Selangor.
Rider experience engine failure for his motorcycle
The rider’s motorcycle experienced engine failure, leaving him stranded on the roadside.
Despite being in the middle of their patrol duties, the officers acted swiftly and compassionately by pushing the damaged motorcycle to a nearby workshop to ensure the rider’s safety throughout the journey.

In an official Facebook post, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) said the commendable actions reflected the force’s image as being close to the community, not only as law enforcers but also as protectors and helpers of the public in times of need.
Appreciation extended to the police officer
PDRM added that such acts of care and responsibility should continue to serve as an inspiration and example to others.
In the official post shared by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), appreciation was extended to Corporal Moh Faizal Mustopha, Corporal Azlan Ab Razak, Corporal Nor Azam Mamat, and Lance Corporal Muhammad Fadzli Ibrahim from the Motorcycle Patrol Unit (Unit Rondaan Bermotosikal, URB) of the Kajang District Police Headquarters (IPD Kajang).
The incident has since drawn praise from members of the public, who commended the officers for their kindness and dedication in assisting a stranded road user.
