A pair of Japanese girls have recently taken the Internet by storm after declaring that Malaysian men are the most handsome in Asia.
In a TikTok video posted by @girlsinterviewjapan, the two were asked a simple question: “Which country in Asia has the most handsome men?”
The interviewer listed the countries one by one, including South Korea, China, Iran, Thailand, Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
‘It’s the facial features’
And after going through all the countries, both girls agreed that Malaysian men take the crown.
When asked why they picked Malaysia over countries often praised for good-looking men, one of the girls responded, “I think their facial features are very attractive.”
The other chimed in, saying, “I saw a Malaysian TikToker on my feed and he looked really cool!”
Netizens’ reaction
The video has since racked up over 727,000 views and 39,000 likes, sparking a flurry of responses online.
