Oh bro...
As you probably know by now, American YouTuber Darren Jason Watkins Jr., better known as IShowSpeed, has been making waves during his tour of Southeast Asia.

Recently, he even made a stop in Malaysia, creating a massive buzz among his fans. Now, he’s continuing his tour in Singapore, and things just got even more interesting.

Curious as ever, he asked, “What is the cultural food here in Singapore?” as he explored the city.

Eventually, he came across a tea stall, where the vendor voluntarily offered to make him something special.

When the tea was ready, Speed eagerly grabbed the cup and, in classic IShowSpeed fashion, blurted out, “Singaporean tea!”—leaving some viewers scratching their heads.

Little did Speed know, he was actually holding a cup of teh tarik!

Naturally, this sparked a mini debate in the live comment section. A few Malaysians were quick to chime in, reminding everyone that teh tarik is actually a Malaysian drink, not Singaporean.
