MALAYSIA – Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome made with egg, hard cheese, cured pork, black pepper, etc. Recently, this Malaysian YouTuber shares the step by step procedure to make it in a Malaysian way. You can save this post and try it out during the MCO period.
This is what you need:
- MAGGI – Chicken flavour.
- Beef pepperoni
- Button mushroom
- Carbonara Sauce
- Onion leaves
- Parsley
- Cili padi
- Olive oil
- Garlic

Step by step preparation:
Step 1: Stir the MAGGI under boiling water for 2 minutes, just like what you always do.

Step 2: Add a little olive oil and fry the pepperoni until it is fully cooked. Then put it aside.

Step 3: Use the same oil, sauté the garlic.

Step 4: Insert mushroom, add cili padi (if you want it spicy).

Step 5: Add the carbonara sauce and cook over low heat.

Step 6: Place the chicken MAGGI seasoning.

Step 7: Add MAGGI and pepperoni.

Step 8: Sprinkle with onion leaves, parsley and chilli flakes.
