The doctor at the centre of a viral cheating scandal, where he was allegedly caught with another man’s wife inside a BMW, has finally broken his silence through two separate social media posts.
In his first post, published by a Facebook page claiming to represent him, he revealed that he and his family had been subjected to cyberbullying ever since the affair came to light.
Lodged a police report
He said that false and harmful content, including his face, phone number, as well as details of his family, friends, and organisations he was involved with, had been shared online without his consent.
I have lodged a police report, and I reserve my legal right to take action under Malaysian law against those who misuse my personal data, post defamatory content, or harass my family,” he wrote.

He also stressed that the incident was a personal matter and had nothing to do with his workplace, organisations, or family members, adding that he was willing to cooperate with authorities if needed.
Apologised to his wife
Shortly after, he published another post in Mandarin, this time taking a more personal tone and directly apologising to his wife.
He said that he and his family had already “prepared themselves” two to three months ago for the fallout, but admitted that seeing his wife suffer again from the renewed attention felt like a “second wound.”
We are doing fine. But seeing my wife go through this second hurt makes me feel deep guilt and pain. Once again, I want to apologise to my wife,” he wrote.
Thrown out of presidential position
Meanwhile, the scandal has also spilled over into his professional life, with one organisation where he held a leadership position announcing he has been suspended from his duties effective immediately.
The group clarified that this was a personal matter concerning the individual involved and had no connection to the organisation’s mission or activities.
They added that an interim leader would step in while an internal review is conducted, urging the public not to spam or harass their page as it unfairly affects volunteers and sponsors.
