Malaysians are known for their creativity especially when it comes to cooking up unique recipes. But when exactly is too much is too much?
A roadside stall in KL has recently gone viral for its latest creation, where it mashed the conventional burger with a hearty portion of ice cream to go with it, sparking mixed reactions online.
How is the ice cream fried chicken burger made?
In a video shared to KL Foodie’s TikTok account, it showed the owner of the stall named Burger Ji Legend putting three scoops of Neapolitan ice cream on top of a fried chicken patty.
Once that was done, the top bun is then pressed on top of it before being squeezed together to make the ice cream fried chicken burger.
According to the owner, the ice cream fried chicken burger is the stall’s latest creation and is limited to a certain number everyday.
He added that while three scoops of ice cream is the standard number, an extra scoop will be given for free if customers ask for it.
The price, you ask? Just a mere RM7 each.
According to the stall’s TikTok account, it has two stalls located at OUG Parklane and Puchong respectively.

Naturally, netizens weren’t warming up to the idea of ice cream and fried chicken being combined together and gave their reactions in the comment section.
‘Eeee what is this?!’
‘Food is getting so weird these days.’
One asked whether the consumer would suffer diarrhea after eating the ice cream fried chicken burger.
A netizen was curious over how the exotic burger tasted like, prompting a witty response from a netizen who simply wrote: ‘Tastes of regret.’
