10th July 2024

  • Nur Farah Kartini was last seen after delivering the rental car in a residential area in Tanjung Malim.
  • She reportedly got into a red car with an unidentified license plate due to the rain.

11th July 2024

  • Police received a report regarding the disappearance of Nur Farah Kartini after she delivered a rental car to a customer in Taman Universiti, Tanjung Malim.
  • She was wearing a blue corporate outfit, a headscarf, and black slacks.
  • The last communication between her and a management staff member of the printing shop. She could not be reached after this time.

12th July 2024

  • A management staff member of the printing shop pleaded through media reports for Nur Farah Kartini to return, describing her as a dedicated worker during her nearly a year of employment.
  • It was clarified that Nur Farah Kartini was not employed by a car rental service but helped people rent cars to earn commissions.
  • Her brother, who lives in Selangor, went to Tanjung Malim on the night of the incident to gather information and updates regarding his sister’s disappearance.

15th July 2024

  • The body of Nur Farah Kartini was found at Felda Gedangsa, Hulu Selangor. She is believed to have been murdered by someone she knew.

  • Sessions Court Judge Nurul Mardhiah Mohammed Redza issued a remand order for the 26-year-old civil servant to assist in the investigation under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
  • The investigation led to the discovery of the victim’s body at an oil palm plantation in Kampung Sri Kledang, Hulu Selangor, the previous evening.
  • Her brother, Mohd Farriza Azmi Abdullah, stated that Nur Farah Kartini’s remains are expected to be brought back to her hometown in Kampung Lereng Bukit, Miri, Sarawak, for burial.
