A 42-year-old man says he is still traumatised after witnessing a horrifying accident in Klang, where a motorcyclist landed on the roof of his car following a crash that later turned fatal.
The incident took place along Jalan Raya Barat at around 11.47am last Sunday.
“Every time I close my eyes, I see it again”
The driver, who only wanted to be known as Meganathan, said the incident has been replaying in his mind ever since, leaving him unable to sleep properly for two nights.

“Every time I close my eyes, the incident appears again in my memory.
I can still see the victim’s hand hanging over my windscreen. Even now, I feel shocked when I think about it,” he said.
According to Kosmo!, Meganathan was driving a Perodua Myvi with a friend towards Port Klang when the incident suddenly unfolded.
Shocked to see hand on windscreen
According to Meganathan, everything happened so fast that he initially thought his car had not hit anything.
However, moments later, he noticed something unusual.
I realised there was someone on top of my car when I saw the victim’s hand hanging over the driver’s side of the windscreen.”
Unsure of the victim’s condition, Meganathan said he slowed down immediately to prevent the victim’s body from falling onto the road.
“In that moment, I didn’t care if my car got damaged. I just wanted to make sure he didn’t fall,” he added.
Victim showed no signs of movement
Meganathan later pulled over by the roadside, only to discover that the victim was no longer moving.

The experience has since left a deep emotional impact on him.
On top of the trauma, he is also dealing with the aftermath of the incident as his car was not covered under comprehensive insurance and is currently being held at a police station for investigation.
Meganathan also expressed sadness after learning that the victim had a family and young children.
“One person made a mistake, and many people suffer. I’m also affected by what happened,” he said.
