Malaysian badminton star Goh Jin Wei received a warm welcome from fans as she returned from the Paris Olympics 2024.
Fans cheered and applauded as she made her way through the arrival hall, showcasing the strong connection she has with her supporters.
One enthusiastic fan, @hafizah_cabeyo, who has been following Goh since her junior championship days, shared her experience on TikTok.
She described the atmosphere at the airport, noting that around ten or more fans had gathered to greet Goh.
“There are a lot of fans here,” she said, expressing her joy at being part of the welcoming committee.
Hafizah also managed to take a picture with Goh Jin Wei, capturing a memorable moment with her idol.
Goh Jin Wei, who traveled back alone after completing her events at the Olympics, appeared touched by the support.
Goh’s challenge at the 2024 Paris Olympics came to an early end after she lost her second match in Group H.
This marks Goh Jin Wei’s second appearance at the Olympics.
