A woman has caused a stir online by using Milo, Malaysia’s beloved national drink, to marinate bacon-roasted chicken.
According to a post on X by @PicturesFoIder, the woman in the video shared her creative culinary experiment, which quickly went viral.
Milo Bacon Roasted Chicken

In the video, the woman, cooking in her kitchen, prepares a dish called Milo Bacon Roasted Chicken.
She starts by submerging the chicken leg into a container filled with Milo powder, making sure it is thoroughly coated.
She then wraps the Milo-coated chicken leg in bacon, places it on a baking dish, and adds other spices and ingredients, including raisins.
To top it off, she pours a prepared Milo drink over the chicken and uses a brush to coat each piece before baking. When she finally presents the roasted Milo chicken legs, their ordinary appearance contrasts with the unconventional marinade, leaving viewers uneasy.

Netizens’ reaction
After the cooking, the woman then tastes the chicken, praising its rich chicken and chocolate flavour, which led netizens to exclaim, “I can’t handle this!”
The post sarcastically labelled the dish as a “hate crime.” The video sparked a flurry of comments from netizens questioning the woman’s motives and accusing her of wasting food. Some humorously suggested calling the authorities.
