Suspected filming spotted by commuter
According to the post, the man appeared to be holding his phone in a way that raised suspicion.
Upon closer observation, it is believed that his phone camera was pointed towards a female passenger seated opposite him.

The video also showed the man attempting to appear normal by casually chatting with a companion while recording at the same time.
However, the exact time and date wasn’t disclosed.
Swift action by staff
The post further claimed that staff from Prasarana acted quickly after they were alerted to the incident.
The man was reportedly detained on the spot, and his phone got checked by authorities.

Commuters concerned
Once the video surfaced online, it quickly drew attention and triggered widespread discussion, particularly among female commuters.
‘That’s why women should go into the women-only coach. Don’t go to the mixed one with men. This kind of foreigners really like to record people.’

‘Let’s start a campaign to call out people who record women without consent. Especially foreigners like this, damn creepy.’

‘Sometimes they pretend to act blur. They just casually use their phone in the women’s coach, surrounded by women. Luckily that day there was an elderly lady who told him off.’
