DBKL Opens RM200 Monthly Housing For Single Men Working In KL. Here’s What You Need To Know

OKU units start even lower at RM130 per month.
Finding a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur is becoming increasingly difficult for young workers, especially with rising rental prices in the city.

To ease this burden, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) has introduced an affordable housing option meant specifically for single men who work in the capital.

The scheme is called Residensi Belia Cheras, and it offers fully furnished units at only RM200 per month, making it one of the lowest rental options available within city limits.
