Malaysia’s top men’s grooming brand, DASHING, is not just helping young men look good. They are helping them chase their football dreams too.
The brand has officially wrapped up the Biasiswa Bakat Dashing Talent ID Camp 2025, an elite programme created to scout, polish and uplift the next generation of Malaysian football talent.

120 teens, one dream, and a very intense day at Arena Sukan KL
Held at Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur, the one day camp brought together 120 shortlisted footballers aged 15 to 18 from across the country.

These players survived a nationwide video submission process before earning their spot, which means the competition was already fierce even before they touched the pitch.
Under the guidance of Tottenham Hotspur’s Spurs Football Development Coaches and 20 local Malaysian coaches, participants went through a full day of high intensity drills, skill tests and competitive matches that mirrored the standards of professional football.

Tottenham Hotspur Global Football Development Coach Shannon Moloney said the passion on display was hard to ignore.
Malaysia has immense football potential, and it is inspiring to see programmes like this giving young players a real platform to perform. The talent and energy were impressive, and these players are hungry to succeed.”

Three Players will get the Golden Ticket to train in London
Every player stepped onto the field with one goal in mind: to earn one of three golden spots that will take them to the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre in London next year.
The winners will get a rare chance to train like Premier League professionals in a world class environment.

For many teens, the camp was the toughest but most rewarding challenge they have faced.
Fifteen year old Selangor defender Dazzel Emil Haziq said:
“The Talent ID Camp was on another level. Competing with so many good players really pushed me, and now I am even more motivated to chase my dream of playing abroad.”

Another participant, Muhammad Darwisy, shared that the camp tested more than their technique.
Training with players from all over Malaysia was amazing. The drills tested our skills and our mentality. Everyone here wants the opportunity, and it keeps you focused.”
Dashing is investing in Malaysia’s future
The Biasiswa Bakat Dashing initiative is part of DASHING’s mission to empower young Malaysians. It goes beyond grooming and focuses on building confidence, discipline and ambition.
The collaboration with Tottenham Hotspur strengthens this mission by combining local passion with world class football knowledge and exposure.

DASHING Marketing Manager Devarshi Dalmia said the brand is committed to helping young Malaysians unlock their potential.
At DASHING, we believe in giving young Malaysians the confidence to chase their dreams. Partnering with a world renowned club like Tottenham Hotspur lets us connect local passion with world class expertise. This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for our young footballers, and we are proud to be part of their journey.”
London 2026 awaits
With the camp completed, anticipation is rising as DASHING prepares to announce the three standout players who will travel to London in 2026.
Their upcoming training experience at Tottenham Hotspur’s state of the art facilities could be the start of an exciting new chapter in their football careers.
