A viral clip has recently surfaced online which showed a man being confronted by several bystanders for allegedly taking upskirt videos of women using his phone hidden inside a paper bag at Bukit Bintang.
Hid phone in paper bag to record women
In the video, the man was seen following a woman closely from behind while holding a paper bag.
Inside the bag was his handphone which was tilted upwards—clearly aimed to film underneath the woman’s skirt.

Unbeknownst to him, a group of men saw what he was up to and decided to confront him immediately, with one of them grabbing his hand and turning him around.
Upon realising he had been caught in the act, the man tried walk away but was blocked at a traffic light by the group.

In the video, a man from the group is heard asking the suspect whether he had taken an upskirt video and subsequently deleted the footage.
Man gets tackled to the ground
While being questioned, the man suddenly made a run for it, hoping to escape the scene. However, he was chased down and caught again a short distance away.
To prevent him from making another escape, a bystander put the man into a headlock and wrestled him to the ground.

A security guard later stepped in and took control of the situation before it could escalate further.
500GB of disturbing content found
In the comment thread, the victim shared more shocking details, claiming the man was found to have over 500GB of upskirt videos.
Aside from upskirt videos, she also said content related to gambling sites were also found in the man’s phone.

She mentioned that once the man was caught, they proceeded to the police station, where they were told that an investigation would be initiated.
At the time of writing, authorities have yet to release an official statement on the case.
At the end of the post, the victim encouraged the public to share the video to raise awareness and protect others from such predators in the future.
