In the statement, the company said it was making the announcement “with heavy hearts” after many years of operation.
After many incredible years, MBO Cinemas will now be ceasing operations permanently. The show is over,” the statement read.
MBO also expressed gratitude to customers who had supported the cinema chain over the years, saying it had been their privilege to serve audiences and be part of their cinematic experiences.
The company reflected on memories shared in their cinemas, from packed halls filled with cheers and laughter to quiet moments during emotional scenes.
