Most eateries nowadays have clear, simple rules to follow and one of the most basic is that seats are usually reserved for customers who make a purchase.
However, one Chinese tourist recently decided to disregard this unspoken rule at Penang International Airport, causing quite a stir when she claimed a seat that was meant for customers only, which eventually made the owner take action.

This was shared by the OP on his TikTok account, @erwanyusoff44 and has instantly garnered the attention of many.
According to the description in the video posted by the OP, the eatery owner was caught off guard when the tourist simply sat down at a table clearly marked ‘for customers only.
Despite the visible sign, she refused to order anything, staying put while ignoring the staff’s polite requests.
‘Had already spoken nicely, ‘Madam… the table is for customers… Madam can order, and there’s no problem,’ the OP wrote in the video.
Initially, the staff were understanding and allowed the tourist to sit at the table for a brief period, hoping she would reconsider and place an order.
But after 30 minutes of no action, patience wore thin as she didn’t even order a glass of water.
With no sign of cooperation from the tourist, the owner decided to take matters into their own hands.

In an attempt to make the point clear, they approached the table and began removing her personal belongings.
Despite the owner’s intervention, the tourist remained unmoved. She simply stood at the eatery, seemingly unfazed by the entire situation.
