Whenever you’re on a flight, the staff would ensure that you’re being properly fed during the journey as it’s part of the service you’ve paid for, along with the ticket.
A woman recently took to social media to express her annoyance over how she was roused from her sleep while onboard a flight, just to make a decision on whether she preferred chicken or potato curry puff.
‘Do you want chicken or potato puff?’
In a 51-second Facebook clip shared by the woman named Liz Li Li, she is seen sitting inside an airplane and holding a microphone while recounting the incident.
According to her, she had tried her best to fall asleep and only managed to rest for 40 minutes when a flight staff woke her up to ask her a simple question:

Ma’am, ma’am, we have curry puff. Do you want chicken puff or potato puff?”
Liz added that when she looked around, other passengers were also woken up with a groggy expression on their faces before mumbling their curry puff of choice.
However, what really annoyed Liz wasn’t just about being woken up at 3am and be forced to pick her curry puff of choice, but also to see none of the passengers eating the puffs served to them.
“Told you no one eats it. Look at the guy in front. Look at that poor curry puff over there. The guy was forced to drink Coca-Cola at 3 o’clock in the morning,” she remarked as she panned her phone camera to show the “abandoned” curry puffs.

Liz then asked why the airline had to put passengers through such a troublesome situation, where she ended the clip with a frustrated “Why? Why you do this?”
‘It’s part of their job’
In the comment thread, some netizens expressed sympathy for the airline staff, saying they had little choice but to wake passengers up and serve them meals as it was part of their job.

Others slammed Liz for making a mountain out of a molehill, adding she could have told the staff earlier that she didn’t want a hot meal.
