Catcha Digital Berhad (“Catcha Digital”) has entered into a conditional share sale agreement to acquire a 51% equity interest in DS Services Sdn Bhd (“Digital Symphony”) for RM22.95 million in cash, subject to adjustments outlined in the agreement.

The payment will be made in three tranches over 24 months following the completion of the sale and purchase of shares (“Completion”).

The consideration is tied to Digital Symphony and its subsidiaries achieving a net profit after tax (PAT) of RM4.5 million for the first 12 months after Completion and another RM4.5 million for the following 12 months.
