What began as a normal drive quickly turned into a tense moment after a couple spotted a red car overturned on its side along the roadside in Danga Bay.
In a video they later shared on Xiaohongshu, the male driver was the first to notice the overturned vehicle and was visibly shocked by what he saw.
Right after, the female passenger also spotted the scene and immediately urged him to slow down.
Drive slower! Let’s go save him!” the woman said.
The man said he began looking for a safe place to stop to offer help, but moments later, the video cut to a scene showing multiple bystanders already assisting the driver.
Multiple men working together to push the car
Speaking to WeirdKaya, the witness said she was not entirely sure how the accident happened. However, she recalled seeing another vehicle involved in the incident.
I did see another car that was also hit. I think a driver accidentally knocked into this car while reversing. After that, both vehicles crashed into the guardrail on the right side, and the red car ended up overturning,” she said.
She added that shortly after the accident, around 5 to 10 people ran toward the scene to help the driver. Fortunately, the driver of the overturned car appeared to be unharmed.
After the car was pushed back upright, I left the area,” she said.
