‘Bangladesh Not Okay’ – Foreign Worker Earning RM5K Monthly In M’sia Says He Doesn’t Want To Return Home

A street interview on TikTok has gone viral after a Bangladeshi worker openly shared his thoughts about living and working in Malaysia for the past 10 years.

‘I’m okay in M’sia, everything is okay”

In the short interview, the man revealed that he earns RM5,000 a month while working in Malaysia.

When asked if he planned to return to Bangladesh anytime soon, he replied:

I don’t want to go back. I’m okay in Malaysia, my job is okay, my sleep is okay… everything is okay in Malaysia. Bangladesh is not okay.”

He also shared that he works 10 hours a day with no off days, but seemed content with his current life here.

10 years and counting

The man mentioned that he has been in Malaysia for a decade and has no plans to leave.

Despite the long working hours, he expressed satisfaction with his job and living conditions, repeatedly saying, “Everything is okay.”

The clip, posted by @syokgeng, has already racked up over 1 million views and more than 3,000 comments, with many netizens surprised by his candid responses.
