A heartwarming scene unfolded at Pangsapuri Sri Ayu as frontliners danced to mark the end of the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO).
The Hulu Langat Information Office took to Facebook to share multiple clips and photos of the frontliners expressing their joy and relief after working day and night to screen and vaccinate the residents.
In the Facebook post, the Hulu Langat Information Office wrote:
After cutting the quarantine wristbands off all the residents, the frontliners were given flowers, chocolates, teddy bears, and food.
“We hope that residents will continue to take care of themselves by washing their hands often with soap and water or hand sanitizer, wearing masks, and keeping a physical distance of one meter.”
The photos also showed frontliners clad in full PPE surrounded by a pile of gifts including flowers, chocolates, teddy bears, food, and cards as a sign of appreciation from the residents.
Thank you, frontliners! You are the heroes we never deserved.
