Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Berhad (Takaful Malaysia or the Group) has successfully organised its Takaful Malaysia 100 Youth Leadership Program, a residential leadership enrichment initiative designed to unlock the potential of young Asnaf students and contribute to national development.
The program brought together one hundred (100) Form 4 Asnaf students from across Perak for an immersive experience focused on leadership, resilience, teamwork, and character-building.
The Takaful Malaysia 100 Youth Leadership Program aims to nurture a generation of visionary, resilient, and capable young leaders who are empowered to drive positive change within their communities and the nation.
Through outdoor experiential learning activities, participants gained invaluable lessons in teamwork, discipline, and self-leadership.
Organised in collaboration with the Perak State Education Department and the Outward Bound Trust of Malaysia, the program offered a structured leadership development set of courses that combined theory with challenging outdoor activities.
This holistic approach is designed to develop disciplined and determined young leaders who are equipped to overcome future challenges and make meaningful contributions to their families, communities, and Malaysia’s nation-building agenda.
Group Chief Executive Officer of Takaful Malaysia, Nor Azman Zainal, said, “We believe that true community empowerment and nation-building begin with nurturing our youth.
