A tragic incident unfolded on March 2, 2025, when a 37-year-old man lost his life following a high-speed crash on Singapore’s Nicoll Highway.
Collided with five cars
According to The Straits Times, the driver, identified as Jeffery Loh, was at the wheel of a blue Porsche 911 Carrera when the vehicle collided with five others.

The impact caused the Porsche to veer off the road, overturn, and ignite, trapping Loh inside.
CNA reported that emergency responders from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) arrived at the scene around 2:10 PM, extinguishing the flames and discovering Loh’s body.

Two other men, aged 53 and 66, were assessed and subsequently taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, while others involved declined medical assistance.
Porsche registered under CS Foods
According to Lianhe Zaobao, the Porsche, bought in May 2021, was registered under Chee Song (CS) Foods, where Loh was the director.

He was unmarried and described by his colleagues as hardworking.
Witnesses recounted harrowing scenes, with one passenger in a Grab car stating that the driver was “screaming for help and knocking against his window,” but they couldn’t assist due to the intensity of the flames.
Dashcam footage circulating online showed the Porsche speeding along a slip road, colliding with multiple vehicles, and eventually landing on a road divider before bursting into flames.
Investigations into the cause of the accident are ongoing, as authorities work to piece together the events leading up to this devastating crash.
