Using the toilet is supposed to be a moment of privacy, but yet there are perverted individuals who would secretly film those answering Nature’s call, especially women.
A fisherman found himself thrown into jail after he was caught possessing a clip of a woman defecating as well as obscene images, charges which he admitted to in court.
23yo M’sian jailed 1 year for filming woman pooping
As reported by NST, the accused, 23-year-old Muhamad Aiman Aqmal Mohammad was slapped with two charges at the Kota Bahru magistrate’s court.
For the first charge, Muhamad Aiman was charged with insulting the modesty of a woman by possessing, and recording a video of her pooping inside a toilet at Pantai Pulau Kundur at 7.07am on May 31 with the intent to publicly shame her.
He faces up to five years in prison, a fine, or both, upon conviction under Section 509 of the Penal Code.
As for the second charge, he was accused of having obscene images on his mobile phone, which carries a maximum prison term of three years, a fine, or both, upon conviction under Section 292 of the Penal Code.
Both offences were alleged to have been committed Jalan Kuala Besar Kampung Pulau Kundur at 11.40pm on Aug 26.
Muhamad Aiman, who was unrepresented, pleaded guilty to both charges and asked the court to give him a jail sentence.
He was eventually sentenced to a year in prison for the first charge and a year’s jail term for the second charge, both of which will run concurrently from the date of his arrest on Aug 26.
Accused of sexual assault
Meanwhile, Muhamad Aiman found himself charged with sexual assault on a 12-year-old and nine-month-old girl on July 24 during a separate court proceeding at the Sessions Court.
However, he claimed trial when it was read out before Judge Nik Habri Muhamad.
