20yo M’sian Man Dies After Colliding Motorcycle With Wild Boar

A routine morning commute to the workplace took a tragic turn as a man’s journey ended in an unexpected accident.

A tragic incident unfolded in Negeri Sembilan as a 20-year-old drone operator lost his life believed to have collided with a wild boar while riding his motorcycle.

M’sian dies after crashing motorcycle into wild boar

Reported by Harian Metro, the incident occurred at approximately 7:30 am yesterday (Jan 20) when the victim was on the way to his workplace at IOI Gemencheh.

Riding a Yamaha Y15 motorcycle, the young man was traveling from his residence in Felda Bukit Rokan to his destination.

As the motorcyclist reached KM 7.3 near Kampung Rokan, it is believed that he collided with a wild boar that was crossing the road.

The impact of the collision resulted in the rider being thrown onto the road, leading to severe head injuries and, tragically, immediate death at the scene.

According to the Acting Tampin district police chief DSP Amiruddien Sariman, he stated that an investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.

The victim’s body has been taken to the Forensic Department of Tampin Hospital for a thorough autopsy to ascertain the exact cause of death.

Police seek public assistance

Also, he urges the public to come forward with any information related to the road accident.

The case file has been opened under section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
